Something I’ve been thinking about is starting a book club - where we come together to share our reflections and applications of the reading. We would meet virtually as a group for an hour, where we would have a brief introduction, I would share some reflecting questions that we would journal about that are mental health based, and then, you’d have the opportunity to share, if you choose to do so.
